Do you ever get overwhelmed by the digital world? Swiss Post can help you. Bring your questions and/or devices to a Swiss Post branch near you between 13 and 15 November 2023. As part of the Swiss Digital Days, Swiss Post staff will be happy to advise you in person free of charge.

Swiss Post is here to help you with:

• mobile phones and notebooks: staff will help you choose, set up and operate your mobile phone. They will show you how to install apps. Learn how to operate your notebook, use the Internet and send e-mails.
• digital forms: do you need help filling in digital forms? Swiss Post staff will check that you fill in forms correctly and in full.
• new payment methods: if you pay by cash, would you like to know how to do so safely on your mobile phone? You can obtain assistance at a Swiss Post branch!

You don’t need any prior knowledge. Bring along your mobile phone or notebook, and come and ask us questions. Swiss Post staff speak several languages and will be glad to assist you.
